The Beyond the Clinic: Navigating Community Supports for Behavioral Health course provides a comprehensive, practical, and flexible learning experience aimed at enhancing healthcare skills that support behavioral health needs and strengthen connections with community resources.

Purpose: To equip primary care teams with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to collaboratively address pediatric behavioral health issues, strengthen team-based care, and effectively connect children and families with community resources.

Structure: A self-guided online curriculum consisting of 10 modules. Participants can expect to spend an average of approximately 15 minutes per module. However, the course is designed to be flexible, allowing participants to take as much time as they need to complete each module and the entire course at their own pace.

Completion Benefits:

  • Upon course completion, participants may receive CEUs and/or a certificate badge from The University of New Hampshire.
  • Participants are required to complete the knowledge assessment quizzes with a score of 100%, before proceeding to the next module. Unlimited attempts are allowed for quiz completion.

  2. Improve communication and reduce stigma in patient interactions.
  3. Integrate behavioral health supports into daily practice.
