NH Medicaid Pediatric Quality Reporting Website Uses all-payer claims data to compute state-level metrics on quality indicators used by NH Medicaid
NH Wisdom NH Health WISDOM is a data platform that aggregates public health data from 15 data sources to produce custom reports, maps and time trend analyses.  Available reports including child-health related data include: Healthy Mothers and Babies, Injuries, Asthma, Substance Misuse, Obesity/Diabetes, Tobacco, and the Youth Risk Behavior Survey Dashboards.
Data Resource Center for Child & Adolescent Health The National Survey of Children's Health is a mail and web-based survey of parents of children 0-17 years.  The survey inquires about a range of health status, healthcare, social, and demographic variables.  The Data Resource Center offers several option for data analysis, including tables reviewing state performance on National Title V Performance and Outcomes metrics, as well as an interface to run user-specified data queries. 
Exploring the context of Child Well-being Data Visualization Tool  On-line tool that provides charts and other graphic display of data looking at the physical, social, economic and cultural environments in which NH children live and grow.  For example, children living with both parents or in a single-parent household.

Quality Improvement in Pediatric Care Basics Course QI Basics introduces the Model for Improvement, a systematic framework for improving patient care. It is free for members of the American Academy of Pediatrics. CME is available for this course.

Adolescent and Young Adult Patient Satisfaction Surveys by age group:

10-13, 14-17, 18-24

The below three surveys were developed as part of the Adolescent and Young Adult CoIIN Project to help practices garner feedback from tweens, adolescents, and young-adults about their satisfaction with care provided during their clinic visit.
