Katie Lipp, is a Project Director at the University of New Hampshire Institute for Health Policy and Practice with a primary focus on Delivery System and Payment Reform. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and certified Project Manager (PMP). Prior to joining the Institute, she spent over ten years working in community mental health where she developed an appreciation for how the particular dynamics of a system can sustain or disrupt patterns of behaviorKatie’s background as a child and family therapist informs her approach to change which is rooted in relational and systems theories. She has expertise in integrated care, having spearheaded the first primary care into behavioral health program in the state to be sustained post-grant. She also worked as Director of Integrated Care during the NH 1115 Waiver Transformation Project, providing leadership to behavioral health into primary care and behavioral health into corrections integration projects. She is passionate about building a system of care that emphasizes access to the right care at the right place and at the right time. Her interests include workflow redesign and quality improvement.
